Neuro-Lingusitic Programming (NLP)

Imagine yourself standing in your kitchen. Walk to the refrigerator and take out a lemon. Get a cutting board and your favorite knife. Put the lemon on the cutting board and slice the lemon in half. Then slice it into wedges. Pick up one of the wedges and smell it. Put the wedge in your mouth and bite down on it. As you did this exercise, you may have noticed a response in your mouth.  You actually had a physiological response from a lemon that is not really here in your present state!

The physiological response came from a memory of what the lemon tasted like from you eating one in the past. Memories cause physiological responses in our bodies. Negative memories can be reactivated in our daily living, cause a physiological response, and create an undesired behavior. We form daily beliefs and behaviors by age nine and spiritual beliefs by age twelve.  As we mature, old patterns and beliefs sometimes no longer work for us. We evolve beyond them.

Through Neuro-Linguistic strategies, we are able to define the old memory and the brain pattern that creates negative responses. Once those memories and patterns are defined, Annette can help you change the feeling of the memory and create a new and positive response!

Spiritual & Intuitive Consulting

During an intuitive consulting session, Annette helps her clients find Wholeness.  Wholeness is the process of self-actualization that integrates your conscious being with your divine self.  Annette helps her clients find and define the blocks toward attaining Wholeness. Once defined, then Annette helps change the unwanted behaviors and reframes the negative feelings into helpful tools and valuable information. Annette is an ordained non-denominational minister who creates a sacred space for your journey to self-discovery regardless of your religious beliefs. 

Whether it is a work issue, romantic relationship issue, or concerns your child, friend, or parent, Annette facilitates a session for you to find the answers you seek.

Emotional Freedom Technique

Emotional Freedom Technique or (EFT) is another healing strategy similar to Neuro-Linguistic Programming. EFT involves using pressure points in the body to release cellular memories that are causing negative feelings or responses in behavior. This strategy, then, can actually install a positive feeling and/or response.

Psychic Readings

We each have an inner dignity that vibrates in every cell of our bodies.  We call this, "soul." As we evolve, we explore and develop avenues to communicate with our souls. Annette uses the Akashic Records, her psychic abilities, and Reiki energy during a reading. An Akashic Record reading channels messages from personal Masters, Teachers, Guides, and Guardian Angels who are part of your spiritual wisdom. An Akashic Record Reading provides you with information that you came here to receive and develop. You will recognize the "answers" you receive in a reading because they will elicit a magical feeling of the familiarity.

It is recommended that you make an appointment at least a week in advance. It is also recommended that you use a phone headset for the appointment. Psychic Readings are recorded upon request at no additional charge. The recording is mailed after the session via Priority Mail. At the beginning of your appointment, Annette will ask you for your full name and the address where you want your tape to be mailed. The cassette tape is a recording of the entire session including your voice as well as Annette’s. It is very beneficial for you to listen to your reading at least once after receiving your tape. By the time you receive your tape, your understanding of the information may have actually expanded!
